my entire life and in Ventura County for more than 28 years. I work with Thiel Real Estate and Property Management for your Real Estate buying the selling needs and I am also the owner of Alender Mortgage, Inc, a California Mortgage Broker. I started my real estate career shortly after finishing my commitment to the U.S. Army in 1989. It is through the service to my country that my work ethic and business foundation were laid. Simply stated, I believe in honesty, integrity, providing an exceptional customer experience and always acting in my client’s best interest.
We all know experience is worth its weight in gold and during my time in the real estate industry, I have been involved in thousands of real estate transactions through both my real estate and mortgage career. It is through my extensive underwriting, sales, sales management and marketing experience which gives me a unique ability to successfully assist clients from the first-time homebuyer, the move up buyer or home seller alike.
I am a dad of two grown adult children, my son Austin and my daughter Rachel. I am a Christian who serves and attends Conejo Church in Thousand Oaks. I serve as the Team Lead for the Set-Up Team and I host and lead a mid-week Small Group. I am an avid reader, enjoy cooking and golfing. I keep active and I am a college and NFL football fan. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and exploring new places and cities with friends and family. On the weekend you are most likely to find me grilling something on the BBQ, playing Cornhole or out helping clients with their real estate needs.
