Property Management

As a property management company, we specialize in providing a variety of services to assist our clients in the efficient and effective management of their properties. Our team of professionals is dedicated to helping property owners and investors streamline the process of maintaining and maximizing the value of their real estate investments.

Full Service Mgmt

Thiel Real Estate offers full service management from start to finish. Our staff handles the showings of your home and the tenant screening for higher quality tenants.

1.  The Placement fee is 50% of the first months lease amount.

2.  Management fee is 7% of the monthly rent or $100
whichever is greater.

3.  From time to time there is a need to evict a tenant or
other legal issues and that fee is based on each situation and is discussed prior to any action.

Thiel Real Estate also offers a placement service for those do it yourself managers. Our staff handles the showings of your home and the tenant screening for higher quality tenants.

1.  The Placement fee is 6% of the first years lease amount.

2.  Includes initial lease contract and other mandatory forms.

3. Lease extensions are $150.

4.  From time to time there is a need to evict a tenant or other legal issues and that fee is based on each situation and is discussed prior to any action.
